PRE CARE

Healthy lifestyle: Leading up to the procedure, clients should maintain a healthy lifestyle. This includes eating a balanced diet, staying hydrated, getting regular exercise, and avoiding smoking and excessive alcohol consumption. A healthy lifestyle can optimize the results of the treatment and promote overall well-being. Avoid blood-thinning medications: Clients should avoid taking blood-thinning medications or supplements such as aspirin, ibuprofen, or fish oil for at least a week before the appointment, unless otherwise advised by their healthcare provider. Stay hydrated: Clients should ensure they are adequately hydrated in the days leading up to the appointment. Hydrated skin and tissues can improve the effectiveness of the fat-dissolving injections and aid in recovery. Limit alcohol and caffeine intake: Clients should limit their consumption of alcohol and caffeine in the days prior to the treatment to reduce the risk of bruising and swelling.

POST CARE

Avoid touching the treated area: Clients should avoid touching or massaging the treated area for at least 24 hours after the procedure. This helps prevent irritation and displacement of the injected solution. Stay hydrated: Adequate hydration is important for promoting healing and maintaining skin health. Clients should drink plenty of water in the days following the treatment. Avoid strenuous activities: Clients should refrain from vigorous exercise, saunas, steam rooms, or activities that may cause excessive sweating for the first 24 to 48 hours after the procedure. This helps minimize swelling and allows the injected solution to settle properly. Limit alcohol and caffeine: Clients should continue to limit their consumption of alcohol and caffeine in the days following the treatment to reduce the risk of additional swelling and bruising. Protect the skin from sun exposure: Direct sun exposure can exacerbate swelling and may affect the results of the treatment. Clients should protect the treated area from sunlight by wearing sunscreen and protective clothing, especially during the first few days after the procedure.
